A passion project and a leap of faith. My partner have been transforming an 1800's former dairy farm into an Airbnb and retreat producing treats and gifts using old-school techniques.

Farm Treats

I made the first batch of "boozy jam" with blueberries growing on the property and swirled in Bourbon as a nod to my Mother-in-law. We had always wanted to make jam together and she and I both loved a good cocktail. The lineup soon included other varieties, then added confections and design gifts for the rustic, stylish life.
